They serve lunch at Eldon's during the week in the deli department and you can get a taste of local food for a very reasonable price. They start serving about 11:30 and run out of food fast. There is a great fish store at Mega Mall in French Harbor towards the east end of the island. Try the Hog fish. Delicious! Traffic moves slow on cruise ship days so any trips up east are best on days without cruise ships
