Com Ngon is a very delicious Vietnamese restaurant but can be difficult to get a table. Best pho in Kyoto. Located on Takoyakushi Street 1/2 block east of Karasuma on the north side.

I know you probably didn't come to Japan to eat Vietnamese food, but this place is worth checking out. Lunch prices are reasonable (try the beef pho) but be prepared to wait!
