The North Tahoe Regional Park up National Ave in Tahoe Vista provides the best (and safest) sled hill in the region. Good parking, heated restrooms, sled rentals right on the site are perfect for several hours of fun in the snow. Cross Country skiing is packed and groomed 2-3x a week for several miles of fun in an level to moderate choice of courses.
