Located on Highlands mountain. You will need a reservation. This is a scene. There are 2 reservations. 11:00 and 2:00. If you are at the 2:00 expect to get drenched in champagne. People will be dancing on the tables and spraying champagne.

Must go here! Great food, people and service. Expensive but completely worth it. Try the Raclette. Fun place to go after skiing, party starts after 2pm.

At 10,900 feet, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro at Aspen Highlands Ski Resort is the epitome of on-mountain dining. Escape to the Swiss Alps during lunch service. Once après ski starts, you'll be popping champagne.

A true alpine experience. If you're not looking to splurge on lunch stop in for a beer or wine - aim for 2:30
