In Beauvoir. The restaurant with the Best view to the Mont Saint-Michel. Amazing! Very good chef who is also the owner. Quality creative dishes. Medium price range: Around 35/40 € - Lunch menu at 23 € Service to be improved (Lack of interaction/advises). Nevertheless I recommend because: 1) it's the only place with creative cuisine around 2) Huge potential of improvements ") They seem to take critics into account and they are improving
