Situated up the hill from the suspension bridge, this old windmill was transformed into a camera obsura in Victorian times. Largely unchanged, sightseers gather around a white dish in a darkened room, as a spooky, silent image of the outside surroundings is projected onto the dish - it's cheap and it's cool! Worth a visit. Don't forget to have a go on the slippy rocks between the camera obscura and the bridge. Generations of bums have polished the rocks into super slippery slide that the kids love!

A must do if you are in Bristol. Go up the tower to see the amazing camera obscura and giants cave, look out for the Slidey stone in front of the obscura - for a natural slide

Great views of the entire city via a Victorian camera obscura. Also next to the iconic Clifton Suspension bridge and cute village of Clifton.
