Shark Bay is part of Langebaan lagoon, next to the West Coast National Park and is a quiet haven of shallow blue water, good fishing and fantastic kite surfing conditions. It’s beautiful. It’s waist – chest deep as far as you can go. If you are planning on learning to kitesurf while you are here, there is no better place.

The lagoon is beautiful and the water is refreshing. There is also a cafe for refreshments.

A beautifully scenic spot located on the edge of the West Coast National Park Marine Protected Area. Great for walking, swimming, kiting and picnics.
