The island's largest and most active beach stretch faces the Atlantic ocean and gets the biggest waves. The beaches are big and perfect for a long day by the shore. Katema is a great spot for bike riding and watching the bi-planes overhead!

If you like body surfing, this beach facing South has the biggest waves on the island. Beautiful, but can be a challenge.
