Buy some great fresh (and cheap!!) fruits at Helal et Gida before you start your long day of hiking through Amsterdam. Also great groceries when you consider prepping a dinner yourself :)

I go here for fruit & vegetables, turkish yoghurt, spices, lamb meat. Very good, not expensive and friendly people.

Go here for all your vegetables and fruits. Very well sorted, with all kinds of exotic fruit and vegetables.
