We recently visited the Serpentarium with our children and it was superb. Make sure you visit between 12.00 - 1.00pm to see the snake show, which gives people opportunities to handle the snakes (definitely wasn’t my scene!). It is small with only a small number of reptiles, but the experience for our children was well worth it and we were there for over an hour. A great rainy day activity. In St Helens.

For those reptile lovers !!! Be there between 12 and 1 so the kids can get to handle the snakes, while you have a coffee or tea perhaps! Snacks available.

Well worth a visit with younger folk. While a smal venue you get the best of experiences from exceptionally knowledgeable reptile handlers. Owner operator at its best.
