Located above the Jewish cemetery on the hill, in a position that nobody enjoys Ioannina and the lake. It was built by the company Continental Research on application of traditional architecture and rooms are decorated in a style of old mansions with wonderful carving art. It works like the restaurant (with Greek and French cuisine), cafeteria, bar. Next to it is located also the theater of E.I.M. This open-air theater in the theater style.
