Great campgrounds, playgrounds, bike park and beaches. There is also a great boat launch that will take you straight out to Copper Island. The beaches are sandy and great for families with picnic tables and shade. There are also two playgrounds, one with an awesome bike park. Right across from The Hub and The Cafe.

Lake time is a real thing here. Swim, explore and breath in the beauty that makes the Shuswap so desirable

A very popular destination, the park operates at capacity from early July to Labour Day (early September). The park is situated on the old delta of Scotch Creek, has one kilometre of sandy, pebble beach, and includes the whole of Copper Island. The park also offers a large grassy play area, an adventure playground, a large boat launch, and a self-guiding nature trail.

Everything you need for summer fun is right here: camping, picnicking, fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, hiking, windsurfing, sailing, houseboating, water-skiing, nature study, photography, visitor programs, and bicycling. With 12 km of paved trails, Shuswap Lake may also be the cycling capital of the BC Parks system. The park is open in the fall during the Adams River salmon run. Don’t confuse this park with Shuswap Lake Marine Provincial Park. Turn off Hwy 1 at Scotch Creek, then go about 20 km farther.
