De Kwaak is a lovely restaurant on a boat in the most beautiful canal in Zwolle: Thorbeckegracht. In the summer you can enjoy a drink and great meal on their terrace by the water. They have the most comfertable beach chairs and with a drink in your hand you really get that holiday feeling. The view on the ships and the old parts of the city wall is stunning. Great gin&tonic and vegetarian options like the beet burger 🍔 🌱
