Oriental Bar & Kitchen UMAMI by Han Amsterdam is a modern all-day concept where guests can choose for a quick lunch, lovely Asian finger-food or an extensive 3 course menu with 6 sharing-dishes per person. The fresh ingredients, light dishes, wide variety of fresh juices and tea-pairing are a great match with the health-consciousness of chef Han Ji.
