A new star is born. In fact, Pasquale Laera already was a renowned chef before, but now he opened his own place. Magnificently situated within the vineyards of Monforte d‘Alba with a splendid view towards Serralunga d‘Alba. The food is spectacular with perfect execution and accurate presentation. Higher priced than most others in the area, but worth every penny spent.
