there's a story of loved hives in the Wombat Forest, treasured bees and pure honey...Des is old school "we take the wax caps off, we spin it in a centrifuge, filter it through cheesecloth and put it in a jar" .....find their roadside stall or stand at the Daylesford Sunday Market
