This beach restaurant has smooth lines and soft edges with an uninterrupted view of the azure waters with Saba in the distance. The food is fresh, the cocktails are divine, and the service is outstanding! Stefan and his experienced team pay close attention to detail and all of their guests. A top recommendation is the crusted Mahi Mahi with cream/pepper sauce, risotto, and veggies. Combine this with a bottle of lovely champagne, wine, or a refreshing cocktail. There is no magic formula for the perfect beach bar. Beach bars can all have powdery white sand, lapping waves, and warm sunshine, but the charming secluded rustic atmosphere of Indigo Bay sets it apart from most others. It’s relaxed but lively; it’s fashionable but roomy—an enchanting place to spend an afternoon that will blend into the evening.
