First, it’s the super famous Air Itam Laksa. It’s always crowded as it’s loved by the local and tourists. I personally like it too as the broth is rich and the fish is fresh. Address: Jalan Pasar, Ayer Itam Operating hour: 10:30AM-7PM

The most famous laksa (sour noodles) in Penang. There are many people queue up for the noodles. Coupled this noodles with a cup of sugar cane or mixed fruits ice (ais-kacang in Bahasa Malaysia).
