My personal favorite spot to grab a bite and latte, and plug away at some work or studying. Located in the heart of Flatbush, this cafe gives you the perfect mix of American bites, with Caribbean flair. Be sure to stop in and try the rasta pasta, bake and salt fish, and of course the signature LIPS cafe drink.
