A magic place. It's a terrance on top of the main school of arts in town (Círculo de Bellas Artes) where you can enjoy a great and impressive view of the city while you have a cocktail. They also organice interesting events and meet ups as well as they serve food at a nice restaurant.

Rooftop area with privileged views all around Madrid. It have a rooftop bar where youcan also relax and enjoy the views.

[I have not been personally] The rooftop terrace at the Circulo de Bellas Artes is a terrific restaurant and bar. They offer an incredible view over Madrid's city centre, and serve tasty food and super cocktails.
