Very Cool Coffee/Tea shop a short walk away. Lots of great street art to check out in area.

A very unique coffee shop in a warehouse area, where they roast their coffee on site. You will see lots of street art on your walk there. A fun place to work from, however they do not provide restrooms or outlets to charge electronics.
