This is basically a New York City nightclub. There are crazy DJ sets, and there’s a dress-to-impress dress code. You can’t walk in there in a polo and Crocs. GoldBar is the place you go if you just want to party. It’s a nightclub with a classic cocktail program. Sometimes, you just have to listen to some trap music and have a manhattan. A lot of bartenders turn their noses up at mojitos—but not at GoldBar. Theirs is a rich man’s mojito, with the best ingredients. They use aged Bermuda rum and caçhaca, a Brazilian spirit.
