The home of Poldark. Chavenage is a beautiful Elizabethan Manor House worth of a visit and only a 15minute drive. Open Thursday's and Sundays from 1st May - 30th September Please be aware that there aren't credit card facilities, cash or cheque only.

Built in 1383, just two families have owned Chavenage since Tudor times, making this a fascinating family home with relics dating back to the 17th Century.
