Friendly Swedish run team. Great food, lovely fun atmosphere. Caters for kids well and specialises in open fire food. Always an original menu.

Fusion by the river, this eclectic new restaurant has quickly become a must in Chamonix due to its intelligent and accessible menu. With French, Swedish, middle Eastern and Thaï working there, this place is almost impossible to describe - better have a look at the menu and reserve a table by the river in advance ;)

The owner is a Swedish friend of ours! Everything is home cooked and they have an awesome Josper BBQ oven!!
