Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Hier verbindet sich modernes Design mit Natur und Ruhe – der ideale Ort, um zu disconnecten und wieder zu dir selbst zu finden.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich am Waldrand quasi in Alleinlage am Rande des Nationalparks Kalkalpen nahe den Skigebieten Höss und Wurzeralm sowie inmitten der schönsten Wanderrouten. Du wirst den Ausblick, die Lage und die Umgebung lieben. Meine Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kind. Eine Fülle von Freizeitangeboten sowie ein Haubenrestaurant im Ort bieten für jeden Geschmack das Richtige.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Apt. je plně vybaven včetně kuchyně, k dispozici rozkládací pohovka, manželská postel a vyvýšené dřevěné patro na spaní (1 a 1/2 lůžka) . V chladnějších a zimních měsících je objekt vytápěn kamny na dřevo, které je k dispozici přímo u objektu. Město Unhošť se nachází 15km od Prahy, lze využít i přímé autobusové či vlakové linky MHD. Cesta zabere 35 minut.
