Recent Guest Let the kid in you come to play in this real treehouse held up by four trees, 18 feet off the ground. Zip line down or take a giant soaking tub. A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. The Canopy Loft is a sun filled, second story studio designed and built by my husband and I to be a cozy home away from home. The window views are full of foliage making you feel like you're up in the trees, hence the name. Our neighborhood is quiet and calm, and we are walking distance from downtown St Johns as well as many parks. The studio can also be turned into your own personal movie theater!
