This nicely decorated private suite is located in my home where I live full time, with a private entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Parking is at your own risk. The suite is the second floor of an historic 1907 brick house, designed by John Calvin Stevens, and includes two bedrooms, a big living room (with sofa bed), little dining room, and a park view, but no kitchen. The front door is your private entrance and your driveway with no common spaces. At the end of the driveway is a spacious garden. It's next to a 54-acre historic park with a playground and wading pool. In good weather, there is sometimes a sizable group of homeless nearby by as well.
