Peaceful neighborhood, walk everywhere! The Magic House is in the heart of Hawthorne's charming restaurant and boutique district: 2 blocks to SE Hawthorne, 3 blocks to SE Division, 15 min to the airport, 10 min to Downtown and the Convention Center, 2 blocks to the Hawthorne Theatre. You get the entire Magic Attic with a private bathroom. Other guests staying on the Magic 2nd Floor will share the front door, stairway, 2nd floor hallway. Other guests will be on the 1st Floor Casa Magica.

A private entrance will take you (in basement) to this comfortable, quiet space with a sitting area with a 50" TV with Netflix, mini fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The bedroom has reading lights and a queen size bed. Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

This ENTIRE private street level apartment is steps from one of Portland's best parks. And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.
