Its bright, contemporary, you'll find everything you need and it's close to anywhere you'd like to go in Portland, only 10 min to downtown and airport. Completely private and self contained in a quiet ne Portland neighborhood that's close to everything Portland has to offer! A great place to stay if you are sightseeing in Portland or just for overflow of visiting family.

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland. Newly constructed basement studio with private entry in 100+ year old NE Portland home in park-like setting. Trendy Beaumont Village neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shops, 90 minutes to the coast, one hour to skiing on Mt. Hood. Triple lot, gardens, swimming pool, and patio with BBQ. Non-smoking household. If you are into cold plunging, use our pool during the cooler months for this experience!

Amazing 1BR Granny Flat Nestled near Rocky Butte

This one bedroom "granny" flat apartment is light, bright and recently renovated. It's a great place to relax and get cozy yet be close enough to experience all that Portland has to offer. If you enjoy the snow and want to ski, snowboard or snowshoe the mountain is within an hour of Portland. Even better, if you don't want to drive you can catch the shuttle bus from the near by transit center up to the resorts.

A mini house in the Rose City Park neighborhood of the City of Roses that will make you feel right at home. Casa Chica is full of natural light, and a short walk away from Portland-caliber coffee, a local brewery, wood-fired pizza, a neighborhood wine shop, two beautiful parks, groceries, and the best Vietnamese food in Portland (in our opinion).
