The Inner Sunset is a safe neighborhood. One will often see families walking along the street and kids hanging out at treat shops after school. Safe, pleasant, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, public library, and Golden Gate Park.

A little over a mile away, the Inner Sunset is a casual but vibrant area filled wiht unique shops, businesses and restaurants. It's also nearby one of the main entrances to Golden Gate Park (at 9th and Lincoln)

Inner Sunset, located just south of Golden Gate Park’s museums and gardens, attracts families and UCSF students to its quaint, often fog-shrouded residential blocks. Asian and Mexican restaurants, cozy cafes and dark watering holes cluster near the corner of Irving Street and Ninth Avenue. Urban hikers can climb the colorful 16th Avenue Tiled Steps to see citywide panoramas at hilltop Grand View Park.
