NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

The bedroom has high ceilings and large windows that lets in the beautiful morning sunlight. My home is a few feet away from the local and private bus routes. 15 min ride to the NYC Subways and available local parking. A 20 minute drive from JFK airport.
