4 bedroom spacious house. The house is in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. 5 minutes walk to the canal. 10 minutes walk along the canal to Tesco and Macdonalds. There are beautiful walks along the canal. Walk into Rugeley centre get to the main island where Burger king is then walk into the field opposite continue walking will eventually get into birches valley Cannock chase. 10 minutes walk to the train. Three toilets in the house and two bathrooms.

Garden Suite

Park on the drive and enter the galley kitchen that leads to a garden oasis, designed for peace and tranquility. Walk across the courtyard with outdoor dining table and enter the cabin which has a bedroom with en-suite and lounge. This is an indoor / outdoor dining experience as well as enjoyment from evenings out in the local restaurants and pubs. There are local walks 15 minutes away. Set back from Green Lane which can be a little busy at certain times of the day.

Field available from May until September for group camping near Matlock in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside on the edge of the Peak District, direct access to footpaths to Riber Castle, Matlock Bath, Matlock, through open fields. The site easily takes up to 30 people, nightly price includes up to 16 people, additional people are welcome, £5 per adult /child payable per night on arrival
