Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Supplies of tea, coffee and chocolate provided. Queen size bedroom loft with a trundle bed downstairs. Amenities include indoor shower and kitchenette.

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

The Alpine Den Is perfect for all occasions, from a romantic getaway to a family retreat. Located in an old growth forest near the Salmon River, nestled under a canopy of Firs and Cedars. The cabin sits on a picturesque half acre lot, minutes away from great restaurants, markets, golf course, biking and amazing hiking trails. Walk downtown for restaurants, coffee shops and trendy boutiques or to one of several nature trails that lead to forested areas, lakes and rivers. Visit Portland Oregon just 20 minutes away, or take a longer day trip. Mount Hood and the Columbia River gorge are about an hour away. Nothing but peacefulness at our Hidden Gem Acres yet only 10 minutes from stores, breweries, and restaurants. Many outdoor activities in the Gorge area & X-Cross. All neighbors border us by 5 acres. Enjoy the local deer, bunnies & birds. We have an equine facility with 2 of our own horses & boarders. Our friendly Australian Cattle Dog 'Buddy' will on occasion greet you. As this is our home & private sanctuary if you are expecting visitors please ask us for approval.

Walking down the path from the parking area you will see the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Washougal River and cabin nestled amongst cedar trees where you will be staying. The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
