All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

At walking distance, you have a busstop that takes you directly to the city Center (2,5km). There is a parking garage for one medium car and free parking spaces around the house. Perfect for 4 to 6 persons (7) + baby(+babybed) : families most welcome. We also provided a folder with information in the house (grocery shop, restaurants, activities...).

In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. The cottage is privately rented but is connected to a B&B. On request, breakfast can be served in your private garden, in your cottage or on your bed. The last renovation of this 16th century Erker house over the water dates from the beginning of 2020, with again preservation of all the authentic, characteristic elements. From your King Size bed you have an exclusive view of the garden and the water (the Bruges Canals) makes your stay complete.
