Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Peaceful, private and centrally-located two bedroom apartment within a 5 minute walk to Depot Town in Ypsilanti. Restaurants, bars and coffee shop are within walking distance. Close to major highways, DTW, EMU and UofM. The apartment is the entire second floor of a two-story home. There is a private entrance and plenty of street parking is available.
