Lovely 2 Bed Duplex - Free Parking

Centrally located duplex apartment with a private parking space. Tesco is across the road and Gillygate is home to many shops, & restaurant’s. 3 min walk to York Minster, 8 min walk to York Station. Overlooks York wall and Minster. The flat benefits from my parking space in private car park for free, there is only one and is the size of a supermarket car parking space. No stags or Hens. 58 Marygate, York (white cottage left in the picture) is a 300 year old cottage and has been completely renovated to a very high standard, whilst retaining its original period features and charm. We have crisp cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, top appliances… etc. It has a superb view at the front of the house over the entrance to the Museum Gardens and St Olaves Church. Marygate is a fascinating street in a central York location, it's not too busy so is quiet at night.

This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.
