Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Mulberry Cottage Malmesbury

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With its own private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Towels are provided too, all you need to bring is yourself! (logs provided Dec and Jan only)

The Toolshed, a luxury Cotswold eco cottage

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space at the heart of the Cotswold village of Marshfield. Perfect for long country walks, 6 miles from The Georgian City of Bath and 12 from vibrant Bristol with Castle Combe & Lacock close by. A super insulated eco build, stone cottage with underfloor heating. There is a gorgeous DeVOL kitchen for those who love to cook or a hearty pub just around the corner. The Toolshed is the perfect country bolthole for couples looking to relax and slow down.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Barn is a 2 bedroom conversion in the picturesque Cotswold village of Leighterton,Tetbury with a rustic feel and a new spa room. The barn has two large bedrooms both with wet room en-suites, and one with a free standing bath. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

The Nissen Hut

Cosy Lex Cottage overlooking National Trust Lacock

A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

A spacious, self contained 1 bed first floor apartment set in two acres of garden. Tucked away on a quiet village lane but within walking distance to the village pub, Indian restaurant, butchers and shop.
