Evelyn House Studio features open plan living with creative use of greenery and shelves as a natural divider between cosy sleeping area and comfortable living space. The kitchen area is fully equipped including microwave/convection oven. The bedroom accommodation is complemented with a tastefully designed ensuite shower room. Guests will have access to the entire flat. Guests will be greeted at the property with one set of keys and are welcome to ask as many questions as they like, including recommendations for eating and drinking. The townhouses in Pierrepont Street and Pierrepont Place were named in homage to the family of Evelyn Pierrepont, 2nd Duke of Kingston upon Hull, who sold the Bath Abbey Orchards site to John Wood the Elder and his business partner. This is a ground floor flat in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of Bath, its exterior was in Bridgerton! It's a sunny flat with features such as fireplaces and shutters. The beds can be 2 twins or zipped as a super king, sofabed is a double. There is a lovely sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The flat is very central, 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to the shops.

Town centre flat in beautifully restored listed building. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to train station for easy access to Bath and Salisbury. Kennet and Avon canal is very near for walking or cycling to Bath or Devizes. Longleat is nearby as well as several National Trust properties - Stourhead, Westwood Manor, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor. The flat is on two floors with views of the town bridge, the Shambles, Coppice Hill and Silver Street.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.
