Evelyn House Studio features open plan living with creative use of greenery and shelves as a natural divider between cosy sleeping area and comfortable living space. The kitchen area is fully equipped including microwave/convection oven. The bedroom accommodation is complemented with a tastefully designed ensuite shower room. Guests will have access to the entire flat. Guests will be greeted at the property with one set of keys and are welcome to ask as many questions as they like, including recommendations for eating and drinking. The townhouses in Pierrepont Street and Pierrepont Place were named in homage to the family of Evelyn Pierrepont, 2nd Duke of Kingston upon Hull, who sold the Bath Abbey Orchards site to John Wood the Elder and his business partner. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

It's a very short walk to the shops of the city centre and a stone's throw from The Holburne Museum, Bath Rugby ground, and one of Bath's most famous sights: Pulteney Bridge. The flat consists of sitting room / kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and upper mezzanine with daybed, and promises a quiet stay.

Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.

The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
