Da es sich um unsere persönliche Wohnung handelt, ausgestattet mit ausgewählten Designermöbeln und privaten Gegenständen, bitten wir unsere Gäste, das Apartment mit derselben Sorgfalt zu behandeln, als wäre es ihr eigenes Zuhause.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!
