You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and small kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

The studio is less than a mile to the main shopping area, main mass transit center to downtown Seattle and numerous grocery stores and restaurants. and a Sunday farmers' market runs all year. It's also just over a mile to Alki Beach.

The apartment is full of natural light, has Persian rug covered bamboo flooring throughout, a quartz counter-topped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom: floor and shower, and has a remarkably comfortable king size memory foam bed. Two pairs of french doors open the living room up to the garden. Longfellow creek borders the property, beavers included, and a network of park trails as-well.
