Two ensuites plus a half-bath, sleeps six. Karen and Bill (Florida transplants) host from up the road and answer within an hour. Five minutes to the public boat launch, fifteen to the Appalachian Trail crossing at Watauga Dam. Not lakefront — the view is from the hilltop. Driveway is steep; AWD recommended Dec–Feb.
