Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Lake house with lake access

Relax with the family at this peaceful place on Wamplers Lake with extensive lakefront property to enjoy the lake. Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

Secluded Lakehouse w/ Hot Tub, Sauna & game room

Get away to the quiet of a lake in a secluded paradise! Enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Little Pleasant Lake while soaking in a hot tub and chilling out in a steaming barrel sauna in the woods. Welcome to Sapphire Springs, your lakefront retreat on South Sand Lake, MI! Perfect for all seasons, this home offers endless fun indoors and out. Outside, enjoy a sandy beach, kayaks, paddleboards, a grill, fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor games. Indoors, unwind in the game room with a pool table, arcade games, and TV. Relax in the living room, spin some vinyl on the turntable, and cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen. The coffee station has an espresso machine, drip, and Chemex.

Sweezey Oaks

Enjoy the good life on beautiful Sweezey Lake. Lots of outdoor space with private walking trails and wildlife. Newly renovated interior with great lake views. Screened-in porch or hot tub and fire pit on a cool night. Get on the water (except during the winter) with a private dock, kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat. Lots of other great amenities - gas fireplace, RV water/electric hookup (please contact in advance to coordinate), tent platform, porch TV, EV charger, and bikes.
