Discover great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries in Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. Enjoy breathtaking views while hiking and biking in the area. During winter, 4WD or AWD is necessary for snowy mountain roads, with ski resorts just minutes away.

Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided.
