The villa , with two separate levels having independent entrances can be rented as a whole or separately (Only in Mid and Low season). The prices appearing in the calendar are for both levels . If you wish to rent the upper level only (for 4 persons max.) please ask us for a price. * The UPPER FLOOR has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) one bathroom, a big living room with two sofas, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, grill etc) . * The LOWER LEVEL has one master (double) bedroom, a living room with a new pull-out sofa (140X200) and an open- space fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a storing place. * Spacious patio- veranda (45 sq mts) with fantastic sea view, covered by a pergola with a big marble table is the hot spot of the house during all summer months. * Also the lower level apartment has got its own independent veranda. * Outdoor shower as well. * Wireless internet, flat screen smart T.V. in both living rooms, lots of English and French books. * Beach chairs, sun ombrella, beach toys for kids available.

Our traditional Cycladic stone house (65 sqm.) is located in the center of the village and has a wonderful garden with Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Apricot, Avocado and Grape trees, where you can relax and enjoy the nature. The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.
