La posizione è ottima per muoversi nel centro di Trieste a piedi, si trova infatti a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza Unità di Italia. Zona servita da bus e negozi di ogni genere, parcheggi liberi e parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze.
