Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

The stable is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. It contains two triple bedrooms with bathrooms and in the glasshouse a spacious living room and a dining room with kitchen. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.

Le studio est en bord de mer et se trouve au premier étage. Il comprend une terrace de 70m2 privée avec vue sur la mer. Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et à proximité (juste à côté) d'un petit supermarché. Le studio peut accueillir 2 voyageurs adultes.
