This is a lovely 14 x 70 remodeled mobile home, centrally located. Sits on half acre lot, has a detached garage,fenced in, nice yard for up to 2 dogs NO CATS, and ADULTS ,30+. NO CHILDREN,PLEASE. Also has 50 " front porch to sit outside. 6 miles from Bristol Raceway,close to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesboro, Virginia, and North Carolina.Lots of things to do, like fishing, hiking,white water rafting,flea marketing,lots of close eating places. and breweries. Or, just relax on the front porch!:)

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
