The Yurt features a firepit area, where you can often spot wildlife. To top your day - take in peaceful sounds of nature and get into a sauna for a true mountain experience.

We ARE a ski in/ski out resort, however, we decided although we love to ski, we don’t mind adding in a few extra steps because this view is so worth it! Wait until you see that sunset!!

This creekside cabin is located on 24 wooded acres, we invite you to get outside and explore the private hiking trails, mountain views and creeks this special place has to offer.

The new clubhouse is located next door to our condo and has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness room. Skiing in the winter, hiking, tennis/pickle ball, mountain biking all right outside your condo Ski In/Ski Out with access to Sugar Slalom (50 yards) or Oma's Meadow (150) yards from Building 1 at Sugar Ski & Country Club. Close to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, etc.

The Cottage at Historic Sutherland Manor est. 1807

(Please note the siding is being redone on the farmhouse in front of the cottage so there will be construction noise at times) This farm cottage is located on a historic 40 acre farmstead behind a beautiful farmhouse (which is under renovation) with views of The Peak, Ashe County’s highest mountain. We are bordering Elk Knob State Park and a 10 minute drive to the park entrance. The farm is located in the historic Sutherland valley district and was built in 1807 by Thomas Sutherland.

This beautiful setting is part of Sugar Ski and Country Club, which offers an indoor pool and hot tub, gym, tennis and a private clubhouse. The Space This condo is 900 square feet of living space and offers a private balcony overlooking Oma's Meadow. We are conveniently located right across from the main clubhouse.
