Welcome to Dockside Dreams, your year-round retreat on the shores of Sebago Lake. This thoughtfully updated Maine cottage is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Inside, you'll find warm wood finishes, exposed beams, and an open-concept layout that creates a cozy yet spacious feel. Large windows and sliding doors bring in beautiful natural light and open to a lakeside deck, offering sweeping views of Sebago Lake with your own dock for boating, swimming, and waterfront fun!

Lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom lakefront house! Watchic Lake is a perfect family destination for swimming, boating, and fishing. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

If you’re feeling like a hike, a dinner out there are options a plenty!

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.
