Single-family beach house with 60 foot on water with dock for your 30 foot boat and two floating docks for your JetSki‘s. Ideal for two families up to 8 people overnight. First floor has 27‘ x 29‘ game room with ping-pong table, darts and 55 inch TV. Second floor features an open floor plan between fully equipped kitchen and living room.
